Great company with entrepreneurial spirit which fosters innovation and continuous improvement in everyrhunf we do be it people related or process or technology.

Cons

Long hours, demanding clients, must be continuously updated with new trends, a lot of reading and staying ahead ... can be stressful but it's only for the strong!

Pros

Compared to other consulting firms, the flexibility in the management here has been amazing. In my experience, teams do whatever they can to get the job done but also acknowledge that we have lives outside of work and are accommodating to that.

Cons

Pay is not competitive compared to other consulting firms and leadership is not as innovative as they could be.
