Pros
Decent benefits with a great office location and facilities. Had a very pleasant experience with all my previous colleagues. The "old" management was great and in touch with their employees.
Cons
Due to (new) poor management in my departement (business) you can feel a bad vibe spreading through the company. HR is non existent in difficult situations. Sometimes you get a cult vibe during team activities.
