"A Complete Disappointment - Avoid if You Value Your Time and Career" I recently went through two interviews with Prothya Biosolutions and was given positive feedback during both. The hiring manager assured me they were actively working to resolve the ongoing administrative issues, which I later found out are a huge problem within the company. Apparently, employee dissatisfaction with management is a well-known issue, but I was curious enough to proceed with the process, hoping for change. I even took time off from my current job for the interviews, expecting a positive outcome based on the feedback I received. However, despite the interviews going well, the process dragged on for an unreasonably long time. It took HR three weeks to respond, and when they finally did, they cited a language requirement (Indian) that was never mentioned before. This felt like a poor excuse, and it confirmed the dysfunctionality I had been warned about. The company’s lack of transparency, combined with an apparent disregard for employees and potential hires, is alarming. The management clearly does not prioritize employee satisfaction or a professional hiring process. I had hoped to join the team to help improve the company from a technical perspective, but the reality is that no amount of vision or ambition can fix an organization that seems fundamentally broken. I wanted to give zero stars, but sadly that’s not an option. If you're considering applying here, think twice. Prothya Biosolutions does not deserve your time or talent.

Easy to reach From tech point of view, the company is a great school

Amateur approach. Top performer are overloaded. New unspoken policy is to hire young, not expensive, professionals because they do not see the structural problems so they cannot complain to management
