Pros
1. If you are seeking a sustainable company, this is a good company for that purpose. 2. good environment to work with. 3. good colleagues 4. good salary and benefits
Cons
1. Slow-paced ( since most of the top management is a baby boomer, the pace of progress is really slow, you can't rush things ). 2. There is no clear career path, the grading between staff > SPV> asst. man > manager > GM > VP is too far. 3. The requirement for the employee to get a promotion is too long, as an employee who has an L1, you need to ask "Will I get promoted, to be noticed" 4. There are too many new hires for Manager levels up. The side effect where employees cannot climb the corporate ladder. 5. Some colleagues are terrible to work with and some of the leaders know about it, yet they still retain them. 6. Most of the promotions were given to Manager UPs and yet the other employees need to ask for it. 7. The leveling between dept. head and the team is too far, making it so all of the operations were handled mostly by dept. head. Since the team couldn't make a decision yet.
