This office is organized, efficient, fair, and filled with friendly employees. The owners are very professional and ensure that all the employee needs are met.

I would not trust the negative reviews left here. Those two employees were hired while the company was in the middle of switching offices, and neither of them were employed for longer than two months.

They take you to a dodger game once a year and if you don’t go the partner gets upset

Working here will mess you up. The two main partners will treat you like you’re useless and gaslight you to think you’re the one making the mistakes. They don’t train you so if you’re going to work here be prepared to know it all. Supplies are so cheap they will buy the cheapest things to save on money and then will literally count how many napkins you use. I worked here for over 3yrs and I can count the times I saw the two partners come to the office, they were always in a rush and never available to help with anything you needed. There’s no PTO or benefits. Raises are once a year and only if you’re up to their standards they’ll give you a dollar raise. If you call off or need a day be prepared to tell them why and where you’re going or you won’t get the time off. This is such a toxic place to work at the main partner is the one who loves to gossip and is the one that puts all his employees against each other then wonders why no one talks to each other or attends his happy hours which by the way if you don’t go you’re not a team player. Avoid working here, it’s definitely not worth it. There’s a reason why no one lasts here including attorneys. I wouldn’t be surprised if they paid their 3 intakes to post positive reviews for them because no one in their right mind will post something positive about this firm.
