      Unethical and vile male manager behaviour Selfish personal strategies rather than the business and staff at heart Scheming management and exchanging of sensitive information .

      Pros

      Very organized, hard work is rewarded, FYE is in October so you are able to have good time off during November/December

      Cons

      FYE is extremely busy with many countdowns ramping up to the year-end deadline. Client Ops Specialists do both billing and collections so there is a lot of follow up involved.
