Pros
Haven't seen any yet. was told about how amazing this company is during the recruitment process by senior management. They lied. No support and none of the systems are in place they spoke about. Everything is soon and it's coming, upon speaking to people they have been promised these things for years.
Cons
I've started to realize they are all talk and no action. The senior leadership is toxic and has created an environment of yes-men for the US CEO. There is no Us or Team, just do what you are told and get on with it or leave.
