No benefit to work here. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They lack communication with their employees and will blindside you when they no longer need you. There are more managers/directors than there are staff to manage. Dr. Pomeranz believes the world revolves around him and demands everything and everyone to configure workflows to fit his needs only. The company will also tell you in your interview that they will help you grow in your career and then do nothing of the sorts. It's a good boys club, and unless you're in that circle you will get pushed out with no notice. The benefits are also awful. 10/10 recommend you RUN from this company.
