Pros
- Fun work environment - Open door work environment, title doesn't mean that ideas wont be heard. - Quarterly happy hours - Cultural Events - Snacks and drinks available - Every one is approachable about ideas and new improvements - Great work-life balance. If you need to bring the work home to get it done by a certain date, you should. Work from home as needed, everyone works hard and it is understood sometimes you need some downtime.
Cons
- Needs better HR - Pay is not commensurate for work load - Little to no career planning, it is up to you to network and find other positions - Favoritism, but I am sure it is like this in other companies as well. We are all human. - Merit increases are not based upon a number nor ranking based on goals or work achievements.
