In the past year, Prophix has expanded the scale and sophistication of our employee feedback initiatives, and these efforts have led to tangible changes in the way Prophix operates. For instance, we're in the process of launching Phixer Ignite this Fall, a new performance enablement process designed to enrich the development of employees by adopting a more continuance feedback process and to align individual goals with organizational objectives with a renewed focus on accountability. Our continuous feedback tools, include a more robust method for 1-1 meetings and more recently, the introduction of 360 Effectiveness Surveys via Culture Amp.
