Pros
PVS has a clean environment with friendly faces. One of the best parts about the job is that there is no micro managing and you can pretty much take breaks for as long as you want. This job is a great filler until you find something better.
Cons
Although there are several, here are the top two. First off, if you're not confident pushing sales over the phone don't apply. Your pay check depends on it and you will not get the training you need. Training is literally shadowing someone that's been in your position for only a few weeks to a few months at best. Secondly, if you want to move up in the company you better have a lot of patience. The company can't keep enough lead generators to support more account executives. Once you succeed in becoming an AE you've reached the peak or your career. Better love cold calling.
