Pros
The location is nice. I liked a bunch of my coworkers. The stocked kitchen was nice. It was great to have health care totally covered.
Cons
It's just dialing a beat list 150-200x per day. The property management software industry is insanely saturated and direct marketing is incredibly ineffective. There's no convincing someone to overhaul their accounting and data management system if they didn't already plan on doing so. So you're basically just shooting in the dark and hoping to connect with a place that actually transfers the call to the decision-maker and is already planning on changing their software. Do the math here...you're hunting for unicorns and when you catch one, the commission is $50. It's soul crushing work selling an objectively inferior product that is priced the same as market leaders.
