I had a very negative experience working at Propeller Industries, primarily due to the mismanagement in the sales department. The current leadership has no concept of what a sales cycle looks like at Propeller Industries. Their lack of understanding and ineffective leadership severely impacts the sales team's potential and performance in a negative way.
The current SVP of Sales and Marketing is not only unskilled in her role but is also a liability to the company. She frequently gossips about her teammates, makes inappropriate comments about colleagues, and even criticizes team members' appearances. This toxic behavior creates a hostile work environment that is detrimental to both morale and productivity.
I would never recommend working in sales at this company as long as the current SVP of Sales and Marketing is in place. Her presence undermines the potential success of the sales team and creates a challenging and uncomfortable work atmosphere. Proceed with caution if you are considering a sales role here.
