Pros

- Decent salary - Work from home - Good holiday party

Cons

They told me I should smile more. After deciding I wasn't good enough to work there, and beginning what was a painfully obvious paper trail of "warnings", etc. so they would be able to fire me, one of my supervisors told me I "seemed sad" on group zooms and didn't smile enough. That's when I knew that no matter what I did, they were going to get rid of me. They talk a lot of big game about being a small company, being like a family, working together, etc. At first, I believed them and felt happy to be at a company with that culture. But if they decide they don't like you, get out as fast as you can. There is no support from management for improvement or growth opportunities. They simply say, "Do better" and don't provide any guidance as to how. They will send you long emails that list everything they think you're doing wrong and say, "We're here to help" but then will talk over you when you try to discuss anything with them. They'll tell you to work faster or be more proactive but send you messages admonishing you for not working fast enough before you have the opportunity to do ANYTHING. If you try to show them examples of how you've improved, they'll say, "That's not enough," even if the list is five pages long. Don't try to succeed here. All you'll do is begin to doubt your own skills and talents.

Pros

I was an intern on the Growth, Strategy, and Innovation team. I had a great experience and felt very supported by my managers and the company. They really make an effort to foster a strong company culture - through relationship building, a mentorship program, great office space and snacks, team lunches and fun events. They genuinely care about their team members. The intern program is very well structured and rotates through different departments. You are given hands on experience in different projects and are able to contribute from the start. The environment is relaxed yet everyone is very hard working. Everyone at the company is very nice and approachable including senior management. This is a great place for junior employees to learn and grow, and management is invested in your long term career growth and your well being.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Competitive pay, they sounded great during the interview process

Cons

Several concerns raised in past one-star reviews on Glassdoor remain relevant. Many team members regularly express dissatisfaction with their roles, and mentorship opportunities are not always easy to find. Employees put in significant effort, but workflows and coordination can be inefficient. Turnover is noticeable, and open roles are not consistently backfilled. It’s also common for departing employees to give very short notice, which may reflect broader issues. There have been ongoing concerns related to professionalism. At times, team members say comments that come across as inappropriate or culturally insensitive, and there are situations where close personal relationships within the reporting structure create uncertainty around boundaries and fairness.
