Pros
+ I enjoyed working with a group of wonderful people who are smart, have great working ethics, and are supportive of my career growth.
+ Propel is a good place to explore career paths by taking on different responsibilities or for some, building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.
+ Having a highly-collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams and the management team.
+ You get to define and contribute to the company culture.
+ The management team takes the time and effort to show appreciations to their teams.
+ The office located next to the beautiful Santa Clara University campus where you get to take a break in its beautiful gardens, take a nap in the quiet, historical church, or picnic with the squirrels on the green grass.
+ The office is in a walking distance to the Caltrain station. There are also plenty of free parkings by the office building.
Cons
+ Everything is extremely organic and is constantly changing. You just need to be agile and be comfortable with working with a blank canvas. Then again, this is normal for a startup. I enjoyed this type of environment but can be challenging for some.
+ “Unlimited time off” can be subjective to the individuals in the management team, which is a common phenomenon in startups.
