Working in different departments can be challenging at first, as it requires adapting to new environments, but it leads to a lot of growth and gaining a lot of experience.

You're here to learn how to grow a business, and do so by growing one. It's interesting to see the entrepreneurial principles at work. It's exciting to be part of the journey from before the first conference, to now looking at scaling internationally. Learning how to perfect execution and progress things has been a rewarding challenge. I'm very happy to be part of the rocket ship going forwards! Everybody has a lot of responsibility, which can be daunting but also enables a lot of employee growth.
