Pros
Nothing good until you are in the good books of Samir Jasuja or Vaishali Jasuja......the best part is the product which is innovative...but in the wrong hands....
Cons
Everything is a challenge....never came across a company which runs on the whims & fancies of the ruler....Joined thinking that its a startup and would be challenging and realized within a month that its a one man show....no vision/mission....no respect for fellow employees...worked closely with the CEO...and I don't have words to describe his irritating personality....The husband wife duo might have done well working under others but I seriously doubt there credentials as owners...
