New CEO changing promises made to tech. Pay not keeping up with demand of tech. Overworking and setting impossible goal. Unable to reach HR about benefits. Management openly lying to tech on many issues. Fails to have training. Allow tech who are incompetent to continue doing services while other tech are following and correcting.
