The Company management will just fool you every day saying yes soon we will give you HIKE which never comes. Salary comes on 18th of the month and that too in instalments. They give fake PF account to employee and some people have PF account , they have simply opened the PF account and have never deposited the money into it. Final settlement was done after 10 months and that too after repeated follow ups.
