Ok - Sales Associate/Cashier Pronto Employee Review

Awesome place to work, great leadership.

Not a lot of cons, really.

Not many positive words sorry, it's difficult to try to start to describe my neg. experience. It was not a good time to work for Pronto back then, because they had a lot of changes with new partners. I was so excited & open minded to start with this highly esteemed co. I was told, & left my prior co. of ten years and gave it all up to get thrown into the fire pit within the first month & then dismissed after a misunderstanding. Maybe it's better now?

Too many to mention at this time. Low co. morale. HR was even fired! Upper management was not professional, did not keep their word or their end of the bargain. Hate to say it was a somewhat unorganized co., with no loyalty or long term commitments to EE's. All promises to me were broken immediately, which destroyed my hopes, goals & dreams. And I'm a pretty easy going person.
