Cons
I found this company advertising on craigslist. I completed all the required training which was paid at 20/hr and worked my first event on Oct 27 for 75. I then worked 2 more events where i again made 75 each. I had no issues until it was time for payment. Each event is listed as payment - Est Net 30 meaning you get paid in 30 days. Somehow that 30 days turned into 45 on day 27. I should now be getting my first payment on today. When I reached out to Jeff, not only did he come across unapologetic that i still had not received my payment but he told me he didn't have time to deal with this. In addition he says EST is only the estimated date of payment, there is no real date of payment as the client has not paid them. He is grossly misrepresenting pay by saying Net 30 if that not true. Basically Jeff will not pay his contractors until the clients pay him and that is wrong. I completed a job per a contract and I deserve my payment. The last thing i will say is not only have i not been paid, but when you do these events for Jeff (promogo) you have to come out of your pocket to pay for the promotional products, and in my case it was 102 dollars each time. So now I'm not getting paid and begging for my reimbursement for the products i have bought. Jeff is such a horrible businessman, even when he submits your payment through payable you cannot get it for 5 days.
