- no respect for processes (on IT and HR, specially);
- too much focus on revenue, too little on the people;
- very low salary, although it's average for the city, it's very low compared to other nearby cities;
- low commitment from the company to the employees, and vice-versa (by consequence);
- 44h/week journey. I mean, come on.
