Overall, team is on the younger side and staffs here are very friendly and nice.

As it is a small company with a small team, everyone is expected to help with other aspects of the company as well as programs.

Staff are very welcoming and family-like. It’s quite a young team overall, everyone is quite chill. Some staffs are kind and really do care about the people they help. Great work life balance.

This is a very small team and everyone has to help one another out even if the tasks are for another department and may not be highly relevant to your job scope. Although they claim to not be religiously-affiliated, their former founder was a pastor who named the company with same name as his church. 95-98% of staffs are Christian and from the same church. If you are not Christian you may feel uncomfortable or out of place at times. One of them had tried to convince me to join their youth group which made me feel uneasy. Almost all the full time staff have known each other and their families for years and are almost like a family too, so that might make you also feel slightly out of place. Few of them are actually related as well (sibling/spouse)
