None. Their company culture of being a family is a bold faced lie. They tell you they'll work with you and take care of you. But like any company they have their bottom line and they don't care who they hurt along the way.
Cons
I got this job and I was told that I had three months to get good at the position. They clearly over-hired and weren't meeting their goals for the month and so they fired people. I grilled them about their reason for firing me and their reasons kept changing. It was all excuses. I'm willing to admit if I made a mistake. But they fired me when I hadn't been reprimanded once at the job and they lied about how long of a period i had to get proficient at the job. They fired people who had only just hit their one month mark.
