Pros
Billboard & the Hollywood Reporter are amazing brands. The edit/photo/video teams have a lot of heart. HR strives to create morale-boosting activities. Some wonderful intelligent people here.
Cons
Sales is set up like Lord of the Flies. Budgetary and staffing decisions feel amateurish and not in the best interest of the people actually getting the work done, rather in the self-interest of the management. Chaotic, no method to the madness, always feels like a company being primed for a sale.
