Pros
1. Very good HR policies - insurance, events, flexible times, leave and more
2. Good governance and healthy business practices
Cons
1. Maze of processes that keeps people busy in non-productive activities - Too many approvals, too much of bureaucracy, too many formats, SOPs for almost everything that is insignificant
2. No real pursuit of business plans - So many plans are made but with zero intent to implement. Reviews mostly comprise of fault finding and discussions on trivial things- No focus on taking decisions that actually allow course corrections and catching up the gap. (All this chaos is driven by promoter- Seriously don't know why) . Due to this, inaction and blocking the movement of every action, is now deeply ingrained in company's culture
3. Promoter brings in talented senior management team members and makes their life hell. This is not for achieving performance but with unnecessary rebukes on trivial things. He pits them against each other and encourages friction among departments.
