Pros
Overall good company for starting career. Know about lot of technologies. And their team size is very small compare to their clients size so it is good for freshers for knowing the pressure handling situation. And overall colleges are really cool except few. Their yearly increment bonus is decent than other company ( i.e - same level of companies with same employee sizes)
Cons
- They are not using updated technologies (existing projects) /version controls. - There is a reference program for new candidates, but reference bonus never credited.
