Great people working very hard at Prollenium despite low salaries, Interesting product, but not really unique (grew in the past because of low price strategy, not because the product is better) Benefits are good Canada office looks nice with good looking furniture. Low base salary Leaders are very toxic across US. Constantly swearing, some are very manipulative, fake, lazy, rude and condescending. Little interaction I had with Canada was similar. The team calls are demotivating as they are authoritarian. Leaders spend a lot of time gossiping and then will say others are doing that to shift their blame. No leadership accountability. Poor communication. Lots of politics and people like running to the CEO to throw others under the bus for their own gain. This makes teamwork impossible at Prollenium. Lack of trust amongst peers and leadership. The PE firm does not want to pay sales commission. Why? They changed the company
