Everything. Management uses scare tactics to influence employees, unprofessional relationships were a constant and everybody is disposable. If one of the Account Managers didn't like you, it was over from there. This was my first job out of school and, without a shadow of a doubt, it has damaged my ability to put trust in management. It shaped me into a professional that was in constant fear for the safety of my job and undercut how I perceived myself. For your sake, do not go anywhere near them. If you want an example of how this company treats their employees, here you go: Imagine you were a top performer eligible for a promotion. Instead of promoting like a normal company, management pulls you aside, makes you feel inadequate and that your job is at risk, then after you have gone through emotional hell, promote you. It's a sick game for them and it does nothing for the employee but put them through emotional turmoil. The amount of people I have seen cry at the office because of how management treats them is something nobody should have to see in an office.
