Great pay, plenty of breaks, great vacation time, unionized. Overall a good place to be. I can guarantee the complaints you see about this place are from people with soft hands.
Cons
You won't see first shift for a very long time. It's based off seniority so you're stuck waiting for one of them to croak or leave (yeah right)
