Pros
I've worked at Projility full-time, as well as on a contract basis, over several years, and have known the leadership of the company for even longer. In my experience, the company is run with honesty and integrity; no one at the company has ever been anything but straightforward with me, and with their customers. The management takes a fair and honest approach with its customers and employees and treats them with respect; they are very delivery-focused. In my experience, customer satisfaction is taken extremely seriously; at the same time, the company does what it can to give employees reasonable tools and support to do their job, given the size of the company and the competitiveness of the market they are dealing with. I've never had a concern with talking to the leadership of the company if there is an issue that needs attention. The opportunities for learning and contribution here are significant; as a small company, everyone counts - and counts a lot - in the overall success of the company. You can see all the Pros of the small company during the gatherings, for instance, which can be a lot of fun.
Cons
I guess "Cons" are very personal and they depend on what a given individual needs. Most of the things I can think of have to do with size - see "Pros", above. If you need a large-company environment where you can settle in as part of a large team and blend into the background, this is definitely not the place for you. Because of its small size, every employee is a key contributor. The benefits are very, very good for a small company, but they're not comparable to a larger corporation; if you want discounts at the zoo, etc., think twice. You're often the key person on a project and very close to the client (again, see "Pros", above), but if this isn't your thing, then this might be a "Con" for you. As I said, these are very personal to each individual.
