There were a lot of opportunities to grow at the job. Can acquire a lot of hours if you really need money.

Lack of proper training. Can be overwhelming working because there is a lot of people ordering food items, but not enough people working at a given time where it is usually just you and another person working handle people's food with complex orders. Unbalanced workloads, what I mean by that is people who open stores in the morning are suppose to meal prep the store for the next day while night shifts have to clean and close the store. However, most of the time the morning shift workers would not do meal preps willingly, and as a result the night crew is forced to finish the tasks which makes workers on average leave a hour after their shift was suppose to be over. Workers always expressed misery when clocking in or out. Costumers on occasion tell us that we look miserable.
