Have wonderful benefits that after you pass your 90 day probation. Must read carefully as there are hidden charges: ie if you smoke there is a extra charge on the medical. Vacation & sick time retro from the 1st day you start with the company as well. Will learn to multitask aggressively.

Lack of communication is a severe issue with the facilities in Pinellas County Florida. An employee in another department will know the information before the person that needed to know. Favoritism is prevalent as well. Issues that are brought to the appropriate supervisors/managers are usually heard but, never resolved. As the "No Retaliation" rule does not apply in the above mentioned facilities. There is no training. As the employees that are to train are usually buried under huge amounts of work already.
