      holding some good projects, where you will get the chance to work for and luckily can get a good exposure as well

      will not give a good impression on other recruiters belongs to MNC's, so that why it would be good to move as soon as possible

      Pros

      PTSOL has friendly and supportive staff members. They pay competitive salaries. They pay on time, and consistently. Never late. Recruiters and account managers are available to assist consultants if needed. Account manager came to visit client site to see if consultants or client had concerns. Diverse group of consultants.

      Cons

      Health insurance not yet available to consultants outside California. Hopefully soon!
