Pros

Room to grow within the department

Cons

Workload required 50-60 hours a week, training class was cut short to get the seats filled and onboarding was almost non existent. Other employees paired to help you were too hurried to take time out of their day to train new employees.

Pros

Great supervisor, and great coworkers. Training was good and I left training fully able to do my job with confidence. Sometimes we have fun meetings to attend. Can work in office when we want which is nice on days I want to get out of the house since I work remotely.

Cons

Low pay for work load and responsibilities. Extra responsibilities don’t equal extra pay. Very micromanaged and timed per task which can be stressful if a task takes longer than it should due to circumstances outside of your control. Low raises even with high performance rating.
