Pros
The company is very forward thinking in terms of equipment and capital investment. There is a core of long term employees who are dedicated to the company.
Cons
Leadership has binders on to some issues - sometimes captial investments aren't the solution. Need to be open minded to new techniques and processes for improving consistency and flow. If you are outside the conservative minded leadership's circle you may not fit well.
