Pros
Company has strong family based values and will really work with employees to fit individual needs. They also have a profit sharing and bonus system for both full time and part time employees which is nice. Employee input is sought after and taken seriously.
Cons
Being a small company sometimes moving forward on projects can take longer than usual. Very little to no possibility for career advancement.
