Pros
The best thing about working at Progress is the people who work there. Many of them have been there for a number of years and they feel committed to the company, its products and its customers.
Cons
Progress seems to still be trying to figure out its place in the world. It seems that every couple of years they present a new brand -- complete with new color schemes.
