      * Most engineers are contractors, hence the quality of work they produce is incredibly low * Compensation is low compared to rest of industry * Leadership has absolutely no clue how to run a business

      Pros

      Small company so you get to wear a lot of hats. Early on, your contributions will be appreciated. Reasonably good communications from leadership down to all employees.

      Cons

      They don't pay out bonuses as promised. Leadership does not partner well with strategic business partners.
