Cons
On behalf of the Progcap employees here goes my reviews, 1) Intense micromanagement onto every little thing. 2) Poorest of the poor leaders I've ever come across. 3) Zero percent empathy towards employees. Employees are treated an bounded labourers. 4) Lack of empathy. 5) Office gossips by the founders itself. Demeaning and Hurtful comments/screaming and shouting in the office/Loudest laughs/ bullying/underestimating each other... (i can go on and on with all the negativity the company holds, without any end) 6) More of a profit oriented than of employee oriented. Terrible Work life balance. Expected to work on holidays and overtime of weekdays. Frowned upon leaving on time. 7) Poor internal flow of communication from the management. 8) The founders are the biggest protagonists.
