Small company and could fold.

President cares. Flexible work schedule. Their technology platform received a significant overhaul. Good if you're looking for a short-term place to land.

Product looks terribly old. Pay is pretty low compared to Portsmouth, which is 20 minutes away. They elevate college interns/graduates to Director positions without enough thought/vetting. They don't replace technical positions fast enough, leaving the remaining employees overburdened with little to no additional acknowledgement/compensation. Their marketing department doesn't know much about marketing.
