Customers think they are getting a free trial and receive bill of several hundred dollars later. Cumbersome system is hard to navigate and supervisors do nothing but watch how long you spend on after call work and yell at you publicly if it is a few seconds over allotted time. Owners send emails in ebonics and come on the floor to yell at people who don't get enough "saves". Extremely unprofessional.
