Not really specific to Profile Films, more of a manufacturing industry problem, always a lot of chaos and changing of orders. Need to be able to make decisions quickly under stress to ensure customer gets what they need

Clear Detailed work orders so I could proficiently work on my own to complete tasks and preventative maintenance throughout my time on the clock.

I was at the third shift as one crew member on my own, but was light duty for the most part.
