Pros
Great environment with great people to work with. Energy levels are always great. Positive vibes. Account Managers truly work to identify roles aligned to skill set and financially commensurate with experience.The management at Prodware Solutions advocated for me. From negotiating a better salary rate, to checking up on me regularly to see how things were going. I've never experienced this with a contracting company. They always pays on time. Responsive recruiters which check in regularly to see how things are going as well as to see if there is anything needed.
Cons
As usual consultants pay for benefits, the deductible is high, but the health plan is much better than the ACA exchange plans
