Great growth opportunity, lots of focus on mentorship, a lot of opportunities to study during downtime, very pro developer during my time there. Both managers I had were very open about financial situation of the company and I got a generous severance + help with resume after I was let go.

You get assigned to random clients and sometimes they can really suck as you basically work for them during your period with with. Organization as a whole isn't doing amazing as of 2024-2026 and job security might not be amazing.
