Beware of this "intern trap". You will be hired as an intern to enter names and emails into a database, as well as uploading photos to their social media channels. Everything you will "learn" during the internship will be from other interns who have been there longer than you. There is no such thing as a "line manager" who will supervise you and guide you through your internship. They hire interns as cheap labor (200 euros/month) to run their social media pages, and I guarantee you will leave your 5-6 month "training" having learned absolutely nothing, wishing you hadn't wasted your skillset here. The boss Andreas remains the CEO, but has zero to do with the company, as he is invested in modelmanagement.com (the other company he owns at the office). This means there is literally no management present. No training, No incentives. If you want a half-year of mind-numbing database filling and lunchtimes of complaining about going back to said database filling, be my guest.
