Fast paced environment with a good tech stack and knowledgeable coworkers

Can’t think of much, job is not for people who don’t like to ship

The pay was great! Base rate was very high. Commission was unreliable though and few sales were made. Flexible work schedule was really nice. Working from home was a godsend and they provided that. Time off was easy and supported.

Leadership has unreasonable expectations around enterprise sales. Strategy changed weekly. This meant we never figured out what worked and never refined out strategy. After changing strategy at least 1 time a week for two months they fired the BDR team. No notice, no PIP, no indication that things were getting tight. On Monday I was told we had lots of time to figure our strategy out and not to worry. On Wednesday they laid everyone off.
