Really poor management over the years, but repercussions of bad decisions are directed towards employees by cutting promised wage increases on short notice, kicking out a lot of people suddenly and taking back a lot of the advantages Prodrive offered such as work-from-home and choosing your own hours. HR employees are chosen not on people skills, but on engineering or business skills, creating a lot of issues and tension between hr and employees searching for guidance. No steps were taken to make changes in the management board, who have been on the board for more than 5 years, thus creating the situation of poor business and output results that are occurring now. Lastly, sneaky tricks such as trying to not pay remaining vacation days of fired employees, or completely freezing their salary increase are being pulled to save some small figures, completely devastating company culture for remaining employees.
