I worked as an associate for two years, and my experience was quite troubling. One of the biggest issues was the dishonesty of management. There were several instances where commitments were not upheld, leading to a lack of trust. Additionally, I observed troubling behavior that could be described as racially insensitive, creating a hostile work environment. Management also failed to hold people accountable for their actions, which further eroded trust and contributed to a negative culture. This lack of accountability meant that issues often went unaddressed the company database was also hacked while I was employed there. which meant everyone's personal information was leaked. This included client information, which Procurri unethically attempted to hide.
