Pros

Used to be a great place to work, used to be lots of flexibility on how you worked with clients and the compensation used to be great

Cons

Owner is no longer visible in the business and the children are now running the company - they don’t understand the business and don’t listen to the employees

Pros

Procom offers a lot of autonomy as long as you’re performing, which makes a big difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. There are also opportunities to get involved in projects outside your core role if you’re proactive. The company is clearly investing in the future—there’s a strong push toward AI adoption and a willingness to spend on technology to stay competitive. The people are genuinely great to work with, and the environment feels stable even while the company continues to grow. New leadership has brought a fresh, energetic perspective that’s exciting to see.

Cons

Growth opportunities can vary depending on the department. In some areas, there may be limited upward mobility unless roles open up.
